Within the next week, Flutter Entertainment's shares will be delisted from the Euronext Dublin stock exchange in Ireland, according to the company's announcement. 

Commencing at 8:00am (GMT) on Monday, January 29, 2024, the ordinary shares of the firm are scheduled to be delisted from Euronext Dublin. 

This news comes after Flutter announced in early December that it would be delisting from Euronext Dublin and having a US listing. In an effort to simplify operations and reduce regulatory complexity, Flutter reportedly intended to keep only two listings, in New York and London. 

No changes will be made to the listing or trading of the company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market. 

Its listing on the New York Stock Exchange is scheduled to commence on Monday, January 29, 2024, pending the execution of its Form 20-F Registration Statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. 

After shareholders gave their approval, Flutter may now begin trading its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange. The last thing it needs to do is move its settlement mechanism from Euroclear Bank to the Depository Trust Company.
