Launched just days after West Virginia's sportsbook went live, this launch comes after Fanatics Sportsbook acquired PointsBet's US business for $150 million in August 2023, allowing PointsBet users in Virginia to easily switch to the Fanatics Sportsbook app.

The migration procedure involves moving all of the client information from PointsBet to the Fanatics Sportsbook platform. This includes login credentials, account balances, rewards, and responsible gaming settings.
